Stitch-Up Beginners Knitting Workshop

Knitting is such a fun and versatile skill to learn and there are so many things that you can make once youve learnt a few basic stitches.
In this workshop we will start from the very beginning and you will learn everything you need to know to get started on knitting your very own scarf using gorgeous chunky needles. We will send you off with all the skills and confidence you need to finish your scarf at home and get started on your next project.
Knitting is also a great hobby to have to help you relax and look after your everyday wellbeing.
We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely textile studio at Sunny Bank Mills and included in your ticket is a Glass of bubbles and all the tea and coffee you can drink.
You will receive a kit containing needles, pattern and enough wool to make your scarf which you can take home with you. The workshop is suitable for complete beginners or those wanting to refresh their skills.
