Ones We Watched – Emerging artists exhibition

Ones We Watched is Sunny Bank Mill’s annual exhibition of work by talented emerging artists, makers, graduates and students. Each year, Sunny Bank take submissions from students studying at art schools in Leeds and Bradford; this year, we invited back some of our favourite past exhibitors, as well as seeking out new talent from the 2015 degree shows and exhibitions.
The show featured a wide range of exciting new work, from sculpture and installation, to ceramics, textiles, and design. Expect to see hundreds of amazing porcelain butterflies, funky tea towels, delicate miniature sculptures created using memorabilia from the mill’s archive, and beautiful silk scarves, alongside oil painting, digital prints, and uniquely handcrafted ceramic figures.
