Printmaking: Joy of Grit 6 Week Course

£160A six week course to develop Carborundum printmaking methods designed for beginners with some previous experience. Plate making, reworking and inking up techniques will be extended, so that a small series of prints can be created and skills deepened.

What to bring:
Old shirt /apron.
Small box of favourite basic drawing materials e.g. pen, pencil, rubber, scissors etc.
Small sketchbook / notebook in which to make notes and observations.
Existing Printing Plates to rework
Previous Proofs and Prints to work from
Minimum of 6 images (sketches / photos) you wish to work from. These can be your own primary images or secondary research images for an ongoing project or just for inspiration during the course.
A camera with which to record your creative journey (optional).
A3 small folder or wallet to take home prints in.
