This is the lovely Kate working away in the Spinning Mills Studios! Kate is a children’s illustrator and author. Over recent years she has been working on the Mariella Mystery series, stories for Young Super Sleuth’s that she has written and illustrated.
“I always wanted something mysterious to happen to me when I was a kid, nothing ever did! So Mariella gets to have all the adventures I dreamed of – searching for Ghostly Guinea Pigs and Disappearing Dinner Ladies!
Excitingly I’m starting some new projects, a series of illustrated books about great women who changed the World, out next year and a series of picture books about the inhabitants of a pond”
