So we are gradually finding our feet in this different world and thought it would be good to let you know a few of the changes in place for your safety when you visit the Archive.  To visit the Archive you now need to book via our website for a morning or afternoon slot on any Monday.  This helps to control numbers and collect the information for track and trace.  We will then contact you with a few simple guidelines to help you navigate the Archive on your visit.  If you are a researcher it would be great to know the specific objects and areas of interest in the collection.  This gives me time to identify and get ready the objects before your visit.

When you enter and leave the Archive you will need to use the alcohol dispenser and we would like all our visitors to wear a face covering in line with the current guidelines.  Stickers are on the floor to remind you to keep a 2 metre distance at all times so we can all feel safe and still have a pleasant experience within the restrictions of a COVID world.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected]

We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
