Sunny Bank Mills is home to 49 artists and makers' studios spread across the historic Twisting, Spinning Mill and Red Lane Mill.
Our studio holders are invaluable members of the mill community. They provide energy and creativity, and support each other and us in promoting the arts within our local and broader community.
We hold Open Studios every March and September, giving visitors the opportunity to meet our studio holders, explore their spaces and buy direct from the source.
The Twisting has a residency space which is used by Ones to Watch prize winners and successful open call applicants throughout the year. Please see our Opportunities page for more info.
