what's next?

We are regenerating Sunny Bank Mills from a textile mill into the leading creative space for art, culture and business in the area. This process started in 2010 and was cemented in a masterplan that was agreed with Leeds City Council in 2015. Imaginative and exciting regeneration is taking place continually with the first 9 years largely spent repurposing buildings internally into office and retail space. We are now in an external phase which is seeing transformational changes to Sunny Bank Mills.
