3D PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

Come along for a fun-packed exploration of how to turn an object into an interactive 360 degree online image (Suitable for ages 10 upwards).
The formal description – “This 2 hour free workshop uses digital technology to create an interactive online digital representation of your own object.”
If that all sounds a bit scary, don’t be put off by the technology stuff – it’s an interactive fun packed guided session using mobile phones and cameras (all provided) taking you through the process of creating an online 3D image. Bring your own object and challenge us!
It’s all part of our ongoing “Weaving The Web” project where are are using just this technology to bring the Sunny Bank Mills Archive to life online and also looks at how we view real objects versus digital.
