Sunny Bank Mills’ annual Textile Festival, ‘Threads’ is back for it’s second year! Apply now to be a stallholder in the festival’s Textile Market.

Our Textile Festival, ‘Threads’ is back for it’s second instalment – celebrating textiles through a series of talks, workshops and more! We’re looking for textile makers, designers, suppliers and artists to take part.

Threads will take place across the site of Sunny Bank Mills over the weekend of 7th-9th June 2024. Alongside the market in the 1912 Mill with 50+ textile stalls, we will be running an extensive programme of workshops and talks. After a successful inaugural festival last year, Threads Textile Market is back this year for a full three days. Friday 7th, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June 2024.

For the market, we are interested in hearing from textile-themed producers and sellers to include knitting and crochet, hand-dyed yarn, felting, fabrics- dressmaking and vintage, haberdashery, quilting, embroidery and fashion textiles.

The fair will be open to the public 10 am-4 pm on Friday 7th, Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th June 2024.

Entry for visitors to the fair will be £4 (under 12s free). Free parking.

The event space is accessible by one flight of stairs or a wheelchair-accessible modern lift.
