Khloe Baker is a Leeds-based illustrator and recent graduate from Leeds Arts University. Her charming and naive illustrations are created using a combination of watercolour, collage, pencil, and pen. She is inspired and energised by being out in the world, gathering ideas, exploring new places, and meeting different kinds of people.
These works were developed from photographs and field sketches created in Leeds city centre, at Kirkgate Market and Little Tokyo on Central Road. Khloe’s work aims to replicate the vibrant atmosphere of the city and share local stories which start conversations about shared experiences.
