Threads of War opening exhibition was a great afternoon of discovery through song, poem and making.  Thank you to all the volunteers for all their hard work on the day and for all their research and help through this Heritage Lottery Funded project.  We hope the hundred people that came on Saturday enjoyed the experience and learned a little more about Farsley and life during the First World War. Thanks also to the Commoners Choir and the cast of Warp and War who really made the research and facts come alive.  The performance was filmed so hopefully if you missed it on Saturday you will have an opportunity to see it soon.

The exhibition Threads of War in the corridor and the Archive in Red Lane Mill will be open to visit every Wednesday from 10-3pm until Wednesday 19th December 2018.  So if you were unable to come on Saturday please feel free to pop in and find out more about the project and research.
