Quilted garments and homewares are having a moment right now and what better way to tap into this heritage inspired trend than learning the basics?
In this session, we’ll run through a range of EPP techniques and methods and get started on making your very own cushion cover! Once you know the basics of this mindful, easy to master craft, you’ll be able to turn your hand to a range of other projects including homewares, clothing and accessories.
All materials included.
Suitable for ages 14+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Nerrisa Pratt is an all-round creative with a passion for trend-led, sustainable crafting that inspires other modern makers to great making. She’s also the author of Bargello and has worked with brands such as Hobbycraft, Sewing Street, PFAFF and Madeira threads to name a few. When she’s not teaching workshops, she’s creating viral, beginner friendly content for her social media channels, some of which was recently featured in Vogue.

Workshop and course bookings can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 days before the scheduled start date. As materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than 7 days before the workshop date. Please note that Eventbrite’s booking fee is non-refundable.
If we need to cancel the course for any reason your ticket will be fully refunded.
Accessibility
This workshop will be held in the Weaving Shed, which is accessible by a flight of wooden stairs or a wheelchair accessible lift inside our Twisting Studios. If you are likely to need lift access, please let us know on your booking form so that we can offer assistance on the day.
