We are delighted that Jane Kay has joined us in the past couple of weeks to help us manage the development of the Gallery space and Archive. Jane is already busy with our current gallery programme ;– “The Yard – 6 points of view” – opening next Friday 26th April with a preview from 6-9pm. She will be helping with our Farsley Festival activities (more to follow) and a whole host of other exciting ideas that will make the Gallery into a fantastic space to view art and relax in. She is really looking forward to meeting everyone at the next preview evening of our next collective exhibition and she kindly sent us this by way of a self portrait (although a name badge may be in order!) Jane will be chatting about her activities at Sunny Bank Mills on this website with her “in my head” blogs so watch this space!
