Just had an amazing trip with the volunteers of Sunny Bank Mills Archive to Colne Valley Museum, Cliffe Ash, Golcar, Huddersfield kindly arranged by West Yorkshire Archive. Thank you to Colne Valley Museum for a fascinating trip through the museum and weaver’s cottage. From kitchen to bedroom, hand looms and Clog shop. So much to see and when the museum is open the opportunity to watch the loom working and clogs being made.
